• When the fires were so bad, my vacuum broke. I took it to Bob's Vacuum. They had it back to me in 1 day and the price was really fair. Also, lots of new vacuums to look at. Some day I'll go for a new one. - Anonymous
  
  
• I have a Eureka vacuum that desperately needed a filter replacement. Bob's Vacuum was conveniently near where I do my grocery shopping so I went by. I easily found parking (always a plus) and got service time I walked in (double plus). Unfortunately I didn't bring the vacuum model number. Opps. But they gave me the options to call them with the number and they could have the part ready for me to pick-up or if it was on their Web store, I could order it online. Also since I live in Santa Barbara the shipping is FREE (tripple plus). I can get the products I need, support local business, and save money on gas. Awesome!  - Karla
  
  
• My vacuum was in such bad shape that I thought it was worthless. The experts at Bob's fixed it at a reasonable price. Everything was less than $40. I felt they were honest because they could have told me that it couldn't be fixed. I had no idea that they had such a selection of vacuums and products to clean up around the house.
